Having an issue with your QuickPlay product?

We're here to help. We are proud to offer a 2 year warranty against defects on all our products. If you need to make a warranty claim, we recommend completing the claim form here, but if you would prefer to email us instead, please follow the below instructions.

So that we can process your claim as quickly as possible, please provide as much of the below info as possible.

Information we need to process you claim:

  • Name
  • Product purchased
  • Store that you purchased from
  • Your Order Number / Order ID (if you have a paper receipt please email us a photo of your receipt instead)
  • Date of purchase
  • Phone number (so we can call you if needed to discuss the issue)
  • Please describe in as much detail as possible:
    • What's the issue with your product?
    • Which part is defective or broken?
  • Please attach to your email at least one photo that clearly shows the issue
