  • Current Address (where to send replacement parts).
  • Name of your QUICKPLAY Product
  • Store You Purchased From
  • Order Number / Order ID (or photo of paper receipt if purchased from a physical store).
  • Date of Purchase
  • Description of the Issue / Problem / Fault. (please include as much information as possible for our team to understand the issue).
  • Photo 1: close up of Issue / Problem / Fault
  • Photo 2: of the whole product (assembled).

Please note our team is not able to process your claim without all the above information. Any missing information will be requested by our team before we can continue processing your claim.
